The transaction was carried out through a "license for equity" arrangement—a technology transfer model in which ISGlobal licenses advanced injury-prevention software in exchange for shares in the start-up.
Combining Expertise
This collaboration integrates ISGlobal's scientific expertise with Made of Genes' artificial intelligence platform to enhance athletic performance and multimodal data management, maximizing the efficiency of personalized medicine.
Advanced Predictive Models
The transferred knowledge and algorithm, developed by Dr. Juan Ramón González's team, utilize predictive models to analyze:
- Sportomics data: Sports combined with genomics and metabolomics
- Physical activity load: Training and performance metrics
